CASE TYPE: Jobs under threat for religious expression in the workplace


Ryan* was a general manager at a digital services company who was terminated in his role after answering unexpected questions at work about the Safe Schools program. Despite his reasoned response about why he opposed the program, Ryan was terminated from his role because he allegedly was creating an unsafe workplace through his comments.
